These trays and tables were a four-piece project, with different themes within the same structure. A veneer keyed lattice extends the design of the floating corner leg detail with its ‘impossible peg joint’ with interwoven marquetry of a shy male bluebelly lizard, and a budding jasmine vine for the other side of the bed. The building of one table was featured on WGBH TV show ‘Roughcut with Tommy Mac’.
