Spinning Sushi Table, with a spiral theme. The quilted maple projects a whirlpool effect with a fish chasing a lure down the center toward the middle of the earth, expressing an old Eastern legend of the Big Ugly Fish who made the world round, from when it was all muddy and flat. When the top is twisted ¼ turn, the concealed drawers with trays deploy.
Wood: Quilted Maple, Walnut Burl, Elm, Madrone, Mahogany, Blue Birdseye Maple.
Metal: Silver Wire.
Stone: Opals.
Finish: French Polish and wax.
Size: 29″ diameter when closed, 44″ when open, 29″ high.
